How the TorqOS trial, subscription billing, and cancellations work.

7-day free trial for Tire POS

New TorqOS Tire POS subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial.

Subscription begins after the trial

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin at the published monthly rate at the end of the trial. The subscription will then renew monthly until canceled.

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal, which is accessible from the TorqOS application, or by contacting support at support@torqos.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the service remains available until then.

Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed, except where required by law. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact support@torqos.app within 30 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.

No physical shipping

TorqOS is a software-as-a-service product accessed entirely online. No physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping costs and no return of physical merchandise.

Disputed charges

If you dispute a charge, please contact support@torqos.app first so we can resolve the issue directly. We will work with you to address any concern before any dispute is escalated.
